Conservation (Natural Habitats &c.) Regulations 1994

45.  The Conservation (Natural Habitats &c.) Regulations 1994(1) are amended as follows.

S.I. 1994/2716. Regulation 92 was revoked in relation to Scotland by regulation 22(c) of the Conservation (Natural Habitats &c.) Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2004 (S.S.I 2004/475).
