56. For rule 1 (citation and commencement) substitute—
“Citation, commencement and application
1.—(1) These Rules may be cited as the Lands Tribunal Rules 1996 and shall come into force on 1st May 1996.
(2) These Rules apply to proceedings which have been assigned to the Lands Chamber of the Upper Tribunal by the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Chambers) Order 2008(1).”.
