83.  In rule 45 (withdrawal or dismissal of appeal etc, before hearing)—

(a) in paragraph (2)—

(i) for “President”, in each place, substitute “Tribunal”; and

(ii) for “he” substitute “it”; and

(b) in paragraph (3) for “President” substitute “Tribunal”.
