The Secretary of State for Transport makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 11(1) of the London Olympic Games and Paralympic Games Act 20061.
In accordance with section 11(4)(a) of that Act, the Secretary of State has consulted the relevant authorities referred to in that section.
