7.  In section 182 (regulations and orders)—

(a) omit subsection (1A); and

(b) in subsection (2)—

(i) omit “or rules” wherever occurring;

(ii) omit “or by the Lord Chancellor”; and

(iii) in paragraph (c), for “person making them” substitute “Secretary of State”.
