Amendment of paragraph 1 of Schedule 2

19.  In paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 (introductory)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (2) omit the definition of “the crystallisation date”; and

(b) in sub-paragraph (3) for “Paragraphs 2 to 5” substitute “Paragraphs 2 to 5B”.
