In regulation 14(4) of the Adoption Agencies Regulations 200524 (requirement to provide counselling etc) in sub-paragraph (b)(i) insert after “father)”—

“, or paragraph 4ZA of the 1989 Act25 (acquisition of parental responsibility by second female parent)”.
