Coming into force in accordance with article 1(1)
This Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(4A) of the European Parliamentary Elections Act 20021(“the 2002 Act”).
The Secretary of State has consulted the Electoral Commission in accordance with section 10(4B) of the 2002 Act.
In accordance with section 13(3A) of the 2002 Act2, a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
Accordingly, the Secretary of State makes the following Order:
