Amendment to the Money Laundering Regulations 20072

In the definition of “terrorist financing” in regulation 2(1) of the Money Laundering Regulations 20073—

a

delete “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (c);

b

at the end of sub-paragraph (d) insert—

or

e

article 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 or 16 of the Terrorism (United Nations Measures) Order 20094;
