A reference in any enactment to a disqualification order under the Company Directors Disqualification (Northern Ireland) Order 2002 M1 includes a disqualification order made under Part 2 of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 M2 that by virtue of section 29(3)(a) of the Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 M3 has effect as if made under the 2002 Order.
