Functions of registrar of companies for Northern Ireland: contracting outU.K.

7.—(1) On the coming into force in relation to the registrar of companies for Northern Ireland of an order under Part 2 of the Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994 M1, as amended by this Order, the provisions of the Deregulation and Contracting Out (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 M2 relating to that registrar shall cease to have effect.

(2) Those provisions are—

(a)in Article 2(2), the definition of “registrar of companies”;

(b)Article 11; and

(c)Part 1 of Schedule 2.
