27.  In Schedule 7A M1 to the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 (access to information: exempt information), in paragraph 2 of Part 2 (exclusion of information required to be registered under certain legislation) for paragraph (a) substitute—

“(a) the Companies Acts (as defined in section 2(1) of the Companies Act 2006);”.
