Amendments to the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 200820
In rule 37(4)(c) (public and private hearings) for “a direction under rule 14(2) (withholding information likely to cause harm)” substitute “the requirement at rule 14(11) (prevention of disclosure or publication of documents and information)”.
