Article 55 (publication of time and place of inspection of returns and declarations) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (1)(b)(ii), omit “and the nominating officers”.

In paragraph (2) omit “and each nominating officer for a registered party submitting a regional list”.

Omit paragraph (2)(b) and the word “or” immediately preceding it.
