The 2007 Regulations are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) to (4).

In regulation 2(1) —
a
omit the definition of “the 2008 Regulations”;
b
after the definition of “the Act” insert the following definition —
”the 2009 Regulations” means the Plastic Materials and Articles in Contact with Food (England) Regulations 2009 M1;
