These Regulations amend the Police Pensions Regulations 1987, the Police (Injury Benefit) Regulations 2006, the Police Pensions Regulations 2006 and the Police Pension Fund Regulations 2007. These amendments make provision for such Regulations to apply to an employed constable of the National Policing Improvement Agency (“NPIA”). An employed constable of NPIA is member of staff of NPIA who is a constable and an employee of NPIA.
