The Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 4A(3) of Schedule 4A to the Leasehold Reform Act 19671; having published the criteria to be taken into account when deciding whether to designate an area as a protected area as required by paragraph 4A(4) of that Schedule; and having taken steps to consult those likely to be affected by the Order as required by paragraph 4A(5) of that Schedule, makes the following Order:
