Amendments to the Education (Supply of Information about the School Workforce) (No. 2) (England) Regulations 20073
In regulation 3 (interpretation), after the definition of “A Level” insert—
“the administrator of the Teachers’ Pension Scheme” means the person exercising, in pursuance of article 3 of the Contracting Out (Administration of the Teachers’ Pensions Scheme) Order 20033, the functions specified in article 2 of that Order;
