The fee for an authorisation to operate a blood bank is £2,800, with the same fee for each subsequent inspection.

The fee for an authorisation to operate an equine stem cell centre is £3,240, with the same fee for each subsequent inspection.

The fee for a variation to an authorisation to operate a blood-bank or equine stem cell centre is £300.
