keep the information specified in section 9 of Annex I to the Monitoring and Reporting Decision for at least 10 years after the submission of a report under regulation 17(2); and

in a timescale specified by the regulator, address any non-conformities and misstatements identified by the independent verifier under regulation 17(1)(b)(ii).
