1.(1) A UK operator or aircraft operator that wishes to appeal to the Planning Appeals Commission (“the appeals commission”) under regulation 36 must give to the appeals commission written notice of the appeal together with a statement of the grounds of appeal and the appeals commission must as soon as is reasonably practicable send to the regulator a copy of that notice together with the statement of the grounds of appeal.U.K.

(2) An appellant may withdraw an appeal by notifying the appeals commission and the appeals commission must as soon as is reasonably practicable notify the regulator.]
