The Secretary of State(1), in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 95, 96 and 123 of the Local Government Act 2003(2) makes the following Order.

(1)

The powers under sections 95 and 96 of the Local Government Act 2003.(c.26) are exercisable by the appropriate person. The Secretary of State is the appropriate person, in relation to England, by virtue of section 124 of that Act.
