Schedule 1C to the Companies Act 2006 applies to unregistered companies.

Sections 966 to 973 of the Companies Act 2006 (impediments to takeovers) apply to unregistered companies.

Sections 974 to 991 of that Act (“squeeze-out” and “sell-out”) apply to unregistered companies, but so far as relating to the offeree company only if the unregistered company has voting shares admitted to trading on a regulated market.
