15. In paragraph (1) of regulation 2.A.5 (meaning of “qualifying service”)—
(a)at the end of sub-paragraph (d), omit “and”;
(b)after sub-paragraph (f), insert—
“; and
(g)in the case of a 2008 Section Optant, any period of qualifying service the member is entitled to count under Chapter 2.K.”.
