Amendment of regulation 3.A.5

55.  In paragraph (1) of regulation 3.A.5 (meaning of “qualifying service”)—

(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (c), omit “, and”;

(b) after sub-paragraph (e), insert—

“; and

(f) in the case of a 2008 Section Optant, any period of qualifying service the member is entitled to count under Chapter 3.K.”.
