Appeal and review of orders98

The court may review, rescind or vary any order that it makes in proceedings to which these Rules apply.

An appeal from a decision of a registrar in such proceedings lies to a single judge of the High Court.

An appeal from a decision of that judge on such an appeal lies, with the permission of that judge or the Court of Appeal, to the Court of Appeal.
