The Treasury make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 3(2) and (3), 121(1) and 171(3), (4) and (10) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992, and now exercisable by them1.
The Department for Social Development2 concurs in the making of these Regulations.
