The Enzootic Bovine Leukosis (England) Order 20005 is amended as follows.

In article 4(1), for “Divisional Veterinary Manager responsible for that area” substitute “Secretary of State”.

In article 5(1), for “Divisional Veterinary Manager of the area from which the sample was taken or in which the laboratory is situated” substitute “Secretary of State”.
