Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Registration of Marriages etc. (Electronic Communications and Electronic Storage) Order 2009 and shall come into force on the 16^th November 2009.

(2) In this Order “the 1949 Act” means the Marriage Act 1949(1).
