The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 17(3) and (5), 51(1) and (2)(b), 52(4), 54 and 55(1)(c)(ii), (3), (6) and (7) of the Child Support Act 19911, makes the following Regulations:
