The Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) (No. 3) Order 2009

The Secretary of State makes this Order —

1. (a)
   in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 22(1) and (2) of the Petroleum Act 19871 (“the Act”); and
2. (b)

   for the purpose of giving effect to proposals submitted to him by the Health and Safety Executive under section 24(2A) of the Act.
