Regulation 41 (application for approval of a proposed scheme) is amended as follows.

Paragraph (5)(b)(i) shall be omitted.

In paragraph (6)(a) for the words “1st October” substitute “30th September” wherever those words appear.

In paragraph (6)(b) the words “for three compliance periods” shall be omitted.
