In section 8(5A) of the Weights and Measures Act 19854 (which allows the use for trade of supplementary indications up to and including 31 December 2009), omit “up to and including 31 December 2009,”.
(2)
In regulation 7 of the 1986 Regulations (which relates to supplementary indications), omit “up to and including 31 December 2009”.
