Consequential amendments of the Units of Measurement Regulations 2001

5.—(1) The Units of Measurement Regulations 2001(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 2 omit—

“—

“the Act” means the Weights and Measures Act 1985, and”.

(3) Omit regulations 3 and 4(2).
