These Regulations impose a 50 miles per hour speed limit on the clockwise carriageway of the M60 Motorway at junction 25 and on the exit slip road at that junction leading to the A6017.

The Secretary of State for Transport in exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(2) and (3) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 19841 and after consultation with representative organisations in accordance with section 134(2)2 of that Act makes the following Regulations.
