Amendments to paragraph 8 (re-examination of an eligible vehicle etc.)

8.  In paragraph 8 after sub-paragraph (3), add—

“(4) For the purposes of this paragraph “re-examination” includes an examination of an eligible vehicle not previously examined.”.
