The Lord Chancellor makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 208(2) of, and paragraph 5(2) and (5)(b) of Schedule 22 to, the Legal Services Act 20071.
The Lord Chancellor has made orders in respect of the Council for Licensed Conveyancers and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland2 and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants3 under paragraph 4 of Schedule 9 to the Courts and Legal Services Act 19904, in accordance with paragraph (5)(1)(c) of Schedule 22 to the Legal Services Act 2007.
