The Railways (Transport for London) (Exemptions) Order 2009

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 7(1), (2) and (12), 16B(1), (2) and (6), 20(1), (2) and (11), 143(4) and 151(5) of the Railways Act 19931, and sections 25(7), 38(1)2, and 56(5)(a) and (b) of the Railways Act 20053.

The Secretary of State has consulted the Office of Rail Regulation in accordance with sections 7(1), 16B(1) and 20(1) of the Railways Act 1993.
