28.—(1) Apply rule 4.33 of the 1986 Rules.
(2) For paragraph (6), substitute—
“(6) The bank liquidator shall file the statement of affairs in court and shall send a copy of it to the registrar of companies.”
(3) Ignore paragraph (7).
