In section 105(1) of that Act—
a
the definition of “the Community licensing Regulation” is omitted; and
b
after the definition of “modifications” there is inserted “
“the Operation of Air Services in the Community Regulation” means Regulation (EC) No 1008/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24thSeptember 2008 on common rules for the operation of air services in the Community;
