36. In regulation 3(1) for the definition of “operating licence” substitute—
““operating licence” means an operating licence granted by the CAA under Regulation (EC) No 1008/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24th September 2008 on common rules for the operation of air services in the Community M2;”.
