The Air Navigation Order 2005 M137
In article 138(1) for sub-paragraph (b) substitute—
b
it is exercising traffic rights permitted by Chapter III of Regulation (EC) No 1008/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24th September 2008 on common rules for the operation of air services in the Community M2.
