Their Lordships make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(4) of, and paragraph 1B of Schedule 1 to, the Opticians Act 1989(1).
1989 c.44; section 1(4) of the Act was amended by, and paragraph 1B of Schedule 1 to the Act was inserted by, S.I. 2008/1774.
