Commencement of provisions3

The provisions of the Justice and Security (Northern Ireland) Act 2007 specified in paragraph (2) shall come into force on 11 March 2009.

The provisions referred to in paragraph (1) are —
a
section 44 (Northern Ireland department with policing and justice functions); and
b
Schedule 5 (Northern Ireland department with policing and justice functions).
