43.—(1) The competent authority, any local authority, the Environment Agency and the Food Standards Agency may disclose information to each other for the purposes of F1... these Regulations.
(2) The competent authority may disclose information to the equivalent authority in Scotland or Northern Ireland for the purposes of F2... these Regulations or the equivalent Regulations in Scotland or Northern Ireland.
