Amendments to the Child Trust Funds Regulations 20047

In regulation 30(6)(c) (fortnightly claim and financial returns)6—

a

for “paragraph (10) of regulation 7 applies to” substitute “a further contribution is due for”;

b

after “named child” insert “in accordance with regulation 7(10) or (10A) or regulation 7A”; and

c

for “that paragraph” where it secondly appears substitute “the relevant provision”.
