Coming into force in accordance with article 1(2)

A draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament in accordance with section 3(6) of the Building Societies (Funding) and Mutual Societies (Transfers) Act 2007 and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.

The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 4 of the Building Societies (Funding) and Mutual Societies (Transfers) Act 20071, make the following Order:
