The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 76(1) of the Regulatory Enforcement and Sanctions Act 2008(1).
1. This Order may be cited as the Regulatory Enforcement and Sanctions Act 2008 (Commencement No 2) Order 2009.
2. Part 2 of, and Schedule 4 to, the Regulatory Enforcement and Sanctions Act 2008 shall come into force on 6th April 2009 for all remaining purposes.
