A draft of these Regulations has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament pursuant to section 429(2) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 20001;
The Treasury make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 262(1)(a), (2)(e) and (3)(f) and section 428(3) of that Act:
