Schedule 15 (the corporate venturing scheme) is amended as follows.

a
in sub-paragraph (4) for “Special Commissioners” substitute “tribunal”; and
b
in sub-paragraph (5) for “Special Commissioners that they are” substitute “tribunal that it is”.
